This baked feta cheese with tomatoes and rosemary maple syrup is a very quick, simple and very tasty starter, side dish or tapas dish. It fits in summer when you are sitting on the terrace with friends and have a glass of wine on a warm summer evening, but it also fits in winter – I made it into a raclette pan for Christmas.
